Issues with the hinges of HP ENVY TS 15 Notebook PC

HP Recommended
HP ENVY TS 15 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP ENVY TS 15 Notebook PC which is not even 2 years old but the screws on the back cover have comeoff due to a faulty hinge design where the screen hardly opened till 100 degrees from the keypad. Has nyone faced the same issues with the model of the laptop and does anyone know the size of the screw which could be used on this back cover. I am surprised that the faulty design like this was put into production without checking the ergonomic convenience of the screen position

@Parry0510

  I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details). If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
