HP omen 15-dc0021nl (serial 5CD8412NKX)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Everyone this is my first time posting in this forum.

I try to write here, maybe someone can help me about my LAN card.

My HP omen 15-dc0021nl LAN Card worked until today,
now LAN device desappeared from windows 10 devices.

Also trying system test, starting from bios, the test result that "device is not connected" (but is integrated LAN!!)

I tryed to install previous original drivers from the website, the Lan works with wifi card and external usb adapter...

Seems similar to what happened here https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Wireless-and-Networking/Ethernet-and-Network-adapter-missing-...

@Banhien thank you for the answer, unfortunately not work beacause the device from windows device manager is not showed (also checking "show hidden devices") because I think, at hardware level, results not connected on the system.making test from bios, this is the result: 20190128_194751.jpg
