When i put the lab on it reads delete resoration data and proceed to system boit menu or continur with system resume. It tells you to use arrows keys to highlight but they want more. Cant open my window or just cant get into the lab. I turn it off and get the same thong. Been doing this now for 3 days. Please help me. I am a senior and i dont know much about computers or lab tops.God Bless You and Your Family

As I understand your computer isn't turning on as it normally does and is stuck on the message-"Delete restoration data...",

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

What is the product number of your device & Which Operating System are you using?
