Laptop died suddenly now its not opening nor charging

Hp 250 g6
One day when i was working on my laptop is just died......then i tried to start but its not open....i thought may be it need some charging...... But even charger is not charging.....so what can be the problem....i am thinking may be motherboard problem.....can any one help me.......i have hp 250 g5 laptop....please help me...will be waiting for reply thanks

Unfortunately, when a PC does not turn on the solution cannot be performed remotely and not much can be done by the end user.

Please, review the  HP official articles about such issues you experience now. Follow the appropriate steps that fit your case to attempt to fix the issue  >>> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03515402

 

 

If you did try everything but nothing helped, I am afraid you will need to bring your computer (or ship it) to service - HP Authorized service center. If the computer is still under warranty, you will need to notify HP support first. If you are not sure where such a center is located, please contact HP support for assistance in finding one.
