Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, first time posting in here but i need help. I reset my pc about last weekend just to clear everything out , but it kept having issues and would not factory reset, it kept saying that it could not reset my pc, so i tried to recover it by hitting escape rapidly a few times upon start up and then following through with the recovery options, after about 3 days and grueling efforts, my PC finally reset/ recovered itself and I was able to access it, ever since then its been through countless updates, which i was expecting and am fine with but ever since the reset it hasnt been performing its best. Yesterday my pc just randomly shut off, without warning, it wasn't low battery, it just did. then i powered it back and there was an error message saying that it was trying to recover itself, so i let it be. Now my Pc starts shutting down again without warning and sometimes I am not able to turn it back on. I pop out the battery, insert it again, plug it into a power source but when i hit the power button the small light on the f12 key with the wifi singal turns orange for a spli second then just stops. If i wait maybe an hour or so I am able to turn on the PC again, but sometimes while im in the middle of browsing the internet the pc will just freeze, leaving me to have to hold down the power button until it powers down, and then the process starts over again. The pc isnt over heating , it has air space, so I dont know what its going on. If anyone can please help me , it will be greatly appreciated.
