Laptop won't turn on

Hi, I recently bought a new HP Flyer Red laptop from Walmart in mid December. I've used it a couple of times, and just today as I wanted to use it to send important emails, it wouldn't run on, I've looked everywhere and got the same solution to remove the battery and hold the power button. It didn't work, but when my charger is connected, there is an orange light, indicating It's charging but won't turn on. With the cord in but with no battery, the light is white but won't turn on. Any suggestions?

You have a 1 yr warranty. Call HP Support for service.

I was offered warranty when I bought the laptop, but we denied it since I always take care of my stuff, but I didn't expect this to happen. Do I have a warranty from HP itself?

Yes, every HP machine has at least a 1 yr warranty included.
