Laptop wont turn on

HP Stream 11-d
Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)
I press the power button, it flashes three times and it wont turn on.

Welcome to the HP Support forum.

 

This blinking means hardware issues (depending on your model and when it was created - it may be memory issues, motherboard issues or graphic card issues)

Follow the steps that best suit you.

 

 

If you did try everything but nothing helped, I am afraid you will need to bring your computer (or ship it) to service - HP Authorized service center. If the computer is still under warranty, you will need to notify HP support first. If you are not sure where such a center is located, please contact HP support for assistance in finding one.
