Laptop wont turn on

Product Name: Hp Spectrex360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
at first, my laptop was functioning just fine. It was charged 2hrs and was left at my room. When i went back 2hrs later, instead of turning it off, i put in on sleep mode.

I put it in my bag. 3hrs later, i went to check on my laptop, and it wont turn on. If i click on the power button, there's a white light blinking near the charging port. I though there was something wrong with my charger so i borrowed my friend's charger which was working fine on his laptop l, but it doesn't seem to work on mine.

It won't turn. There was no sign of any overheating.

Please help me with this problem. I just had this laptop two months ago

I came across your post about the notebook not starting, and wanted to help!


To start, can you provide me with the Product Number of the notebook?  Here is a link you can use that will help you find your Model and Product Number:
