Need full model number and a description of what is happening. Any error messages? Anything appear on the screen? Are you under warranty?

It is a HP ENVY 14 windows 10 laptop that has a centurion 2 processor 4gb of ram. It goes to the "Microsoft Corporation" loading screen and stays there. What could cause this? How should I go about fixing this?

Tap F2 as you power up to see if you can get into diagnostic mode and run the hardware tests to find out if there is a hardware problem.

Also tap fn + esc to get the system identification screen and post the product number.
