We created a USB pen with the recovery software on, we need to remaster the laptop but cannot find the USB pen, is it possible to get the software again?

But how do you order it?? I cannot find anywhere to order it from, it asks for the model, serial etc, then nothing...???

Fill out the form- mention in Desrciption box that you need Recovery Media. At bottom click the button -See options.
