IT IS ALWAYS RUFUSING TO REBOOT WHEN IT GETS TO REBOOTING TOCONTINUING THE INSTALLATION

Are you trying to boot from USB stick? From DVD?

 

Is it Microsoft media? Is it HP OEM media?

 

What are the messages you are seeing on the screen?

it doesnt display anything, just refused to reboot.

I transferred a movies from phone to laptop through Bluetooth, I was watching the movie then the laptop went off, it pop up this message ( window is trying to recover) it didn't respond for a while then I force shut it down since then it will just show hp then blank
