Missing OS/Device Drivers

Intel Atom
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have this Hp Mini that My sister gave me about a month ago. It was running really slow and all so I wanted to try and fix it. I did something, where everytime I turn it on I get the message, “An Operating System not found”. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to reboot"

So I created my own windows 7 CD/DVD, thinkig that, creating my own disk will solve the situation, but whe I try to insall it it gives me another message saying...

A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing. If you have a driver floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive, please insert now.

I don't know what to do when I see this message. Is there anything I can do to fix this whole computer prblem... I don't want to have my computer just sitting around.  Please Help!!

Missing OS/Device Drivers

I understand from your posts that you are having an issue with your HP Mini Notebook and error messages.

I would be happy to assist if needed as there are many models of HP Mini Notebooks, I would need the Model number.

Please let me know.
