Missing Windows Battery Drivers in Windows 10 Enterprise

HP Recommended
ENVY 15 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It seems that my battery drivers are missing in my device manager. I see 2 when there show be 3. I tried the Windows Update and HP Update as well butnothing works. My battery is now at 10%. The charging bar onthe battery icon only moves on start up and after sleep mode.

 

Any assistence?

I understand that the battery drivers are missing in your Device Manager. In order to better assist you, please provide the the product number of your laptop.

HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number?
