can i change this pc motherboard since the cpu is solder down?

I see from the post that you want to know if you can change the Motherboard on this PC. Don't worry I'll try my best to help you with this,

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

What is the product number of your product? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 

Did you check the HP article on Motherboard upgrade?

Have you looked at 3rd party/retail stores to obtain the Motherboard?

 

In the meantime, please look at the Motherboard specifications of your product to get the right part number. using this link.

 

HP does not recommend any upgrade or downgrade of any parts, however, you can change the motherboard at your own discretion.
