My HP Pavilion Blue Ray DVD Media Player has been deleted!

My HP Pavilion laptop computer Model # g-148ds Came with Windows 10 and Power Blu-ray DVD Media Player and covered by the warranty I bought for it. Unfortunately, my HP Pavilion came with a manufacture defective DVD drive.  I shipped shipped my HP Pavilion via UPS to the Assurion Insurance Repairman and he returned it without without the Blu-ray DVD Player Drives which he deleted during the repair process. Will you please help me find, Download and reinstall those Power Shell Blu-ray DVD Media Player Drives which I already payed for at the time I purchased myt my HP Pavilion Laptop?

Cordially,

Mr. Enoc S. Rivera

Hi @Teacherman67,

Thank you for posting at HP Forums!

I understand that the Blu-ray DVD player software is gone after the laptop returned form the repair center. I want to help.

Please Use Recovery Manager to reinstall the DVD or Blu-ray player that came with your computer. For more information, see Using Recover Manager to Restore Software and Drivers (Windows 10).
