Product: HP Pavillion g series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi, my name is Shaundreka Walker, I have an HP Pavillion g series. When I turn my notebook on it comes on to Windows Error Recovery and when I click Launch Normally it goes to Windows Boot Manager where I can only click enter, then it goes back to Error Recovery, then when I click Start Windows Normally it seems to try to start but goes back to Windows Boot Manager. My question is, is this fixable or do I need to just let it go?

Its likely to be a bad hard drive. That is not expensive to fix. Likely about $60-70 for a new hard drive and we can help you install new software.

Need the full model number to be sure but most g series would use a standard 9.5 mm thick 2.5 inch wide SATA hard drive widely available at Best Buy, amazon.com, etc. 

 

If we have the correct full model number we can give you a service manual, a video showing "how-to", and be 100% sure on specs.
