My power supply has quit working on my Pavillion 14-ab167us. My girlfriend has the same laptop, so I have been borrowing hers to re-charge.
I purchased it on 6/3/2016 at Staples. They told me to contact HP.

Firstly , if I could get you to check the warranty by clicking here and typing your serial number.
This will check if you are covered by warranty because if you are covered then hp should be able to get a repair completed.
