Envy 360x
My brand new envy x360 convertible notebook won't reboot. Spent all day in chat support and performed everything possible. System recovery. Reset. Back up. Hardware long test passed but the problem is still there. It is the 2ND time in 1 month that this happened. First time just needed to hold the start button for 10 seconds and it worked ; this time it didn't. I bought the laptop at best buy in the USA and no extended warranty so they sent me to HP . Apart from that I lived in Colombia and apparently HP even though is a global company it doesn't cover here. Warranty expires in December this year. Sending the laptop back to the USA would cost me 300 dollars back and forth. Any suggestions?
