My pavilion laptop won't connect to the internet

Product Name: Pavilion g7-1329wm notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I reset my computer to its factory settings and now the internet isn't coming up I cant even see our WiFi names.

Your machine use Realtek 8188GN PCIe Half MiniCard (HMC) WiFi adapter - 802.11b/g/n 1x1 as shown:
