Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My recovery is empty but the free is only 1.52gb and the used is 12.7gb....do i need to worry or not?is that normal.?

Since there is no model number mentioned, did this PC come with Windows 10 already installed or was it upgraded?

 

It does seem there are files in the D; drive from what you posted.

I open the drive 😧 any only hp partition is in there,it says that dont erase anything but i just saw an hp logo and recovery patition,but nothing else.

I do not have an HP with Windows 10 preinstalled ATM to check - but on previous Windows the 😧 drive would show up with a padlock symbol when in the file explorer window.  Does your look that way?

No,there is no padlock. I can open it anytime.and i looks like a simple folder,like drive C:

I will have a HP with Windows 10 from the factory shortly and will be able to comment with more knowledge but for now, lets just say that " free is only 1.52gb and the used is 12.7gb" -  could be normal.
