Hi,

 

I can't find its specs but I believe it uses Intel processor. Please try

 

   https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/65855/Intel-USB-3-0-eXtensible-Host-Controller-Driver

 

You may need to install the following softare and reboot first

 

  Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver

      http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66501-67000/sp66956.exe

 

  Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver

      http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66501-67000/sp66636.exe
