Cannot boot even from Automated Repair function. How can I get a recovery disk? Is there any way to save data before I restore

Hi:

You can try this and see if it works...

Make a plain W10 installation media from another PC using the Media Creation Tool at the link below.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

When you go to install W10, do not format the hard drive or delete any partitions.

Have W10 install over the existing Windows directory (C:) and it should create a Windows.old folder.

You should then be able to explore the Windows.old folder and copy your files to a portable hard drive.

This installation should work with the product key in your PC's BIOS but if you want to order recovery media from HP, you can do so at the link below.

http://support.hp.com/us-en/mediaorder/HP-17-x100-Notebook-PC/12499468/model/15789088/softwareitem/9...

If you want to keep the plain W10 installation, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-17-x100-Notebook-PC/12499468/model/15789088

Once you have recovered the files you didn't want to lose, you can delete the Windows.old folder by using the disk cleanup utility.

Run it.  When it comes to the disk cleanup window, click on the Cleanup system files button on the lower left side of the window.

The utility will run again and the window will reappear.  Check all the boxes to delete the files.  One of them will be the Window.old folder.
