Please try the following softpaqs. Any one of the following should work for bluetooth:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp53001-53500/sp53262.exe
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp52501-53000/sp52850.exe
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp52501-53000/sp52533.exe

 

If none of these work, please provide the model number. Refer the following weblink for procedure:
