No hosted network support with newest drivers

hp 250 g4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't create hosted network to share internet from 3g modem. Earlier, everything works with drivers that Windows Update automatically installed.

But after updating with Hp Support Assistant I can't create hosted network anymore. I don't want to downgrade to Windows 10 drivers, because new drivers work better with my university Wi-Fi network Eduroam. Result of command "netsh wlan show drivers" (the same result with 7.35.344 version of drivers):

Device manager (I can't enable Network Virtual Adapter):

Wi-Fi adapter power management tab:

When I'm trying to start hosted network:

Could you help me with this situation?
