No keyboard,Touch pad, and no mouse

HP Recommended
Pavilion g6
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
My notebook will not work I have no keyboard,no Touch pad, mouse is frozen in the middle of the screen and I can not get past the HP welcome page. I have tried removing the battery etc nothing just the same. Please help ?

As I understand the computer is stuck on the hp logo screen since the last attempt to reset it,

Don't worry, we'll take care of this together 😉

 

Although, I need a few details to provide an accurate solution:

 

Was the update/reset process interrupted?

 

When was the last time it worked (date)?

 

Is there an error message that appears on the screen or just the logo?

 

In the meantime, please attempt the below steps: Perform a hard reset

 

Attempt a BIOS recovery

 

you could attempt to access the safe mode: click here for details.

 

The only other steps to resolve the issue would be to Remove and reseat the memory modules  

 

Perform an HP System Recovery

 

If you wish to attempt a data backup prior to resetting windows: Click here
