Greetings @blck_russian251

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that your computer is not booting to the desktop and the power light blinks when you try to power on your computer, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Have you tried the power adapter on any other wall outlets?

Have you tried a different adapter?

Do you have any external devices connected to your computer?

Recommend you try this interactive guided troubleshooter and check if it helps you resolve the issue you are facing. Click here

Welcome to this forum.

Your computer could be "sleeping" or "hibernating".

Lightly touch the ON/OFF button once, to see if that "wakes" it.

If not, then hold-down the ON/OFF button for up to 30 seconds, until the computer powers-off.

Then, remove the battery, and disconnect the AC adapter.

Press-and-hold the ON/OFF button for a few seconds, to "drain" any residual electric power.

Reconnect the battery & the AC adapter.

Try to turn the computer on.

Tell us how it goes.
