Not turning on

Hi Street 11-d016na (daughters laptop)  laptop not turning on. white light on when charger plugged in, every few seconds white light flashes.  laptop still in warranty,  was repaired in June.  Would like repair organised,  who do l contact to do that? Didn't have to go on forum last time.

Not turning on

Dear Customer,

 

First please try this

Try a Hard Reset as follows.

 

Shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery.  Hold  down the Power button for a full minute.  Plug in the AC Adapter ( leave the battery out for the moment ) and see if the notebook will start.

 

 

 

You may contact HP Technical Support over the phone Contact HP.

Choose your country. Once your connected ask for a CASE ID. HP will arrange for pick up and drop  and service it for no cost under warranty.

HP will contact you on this.

 

You can also http://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty to verify the warranty status.
