The product keys are unique to each PC and most on this forum don't work for HP so don't have access to this information.  You will need to talk to HP directly about this one. Alternatively if Windows is still functioning you may be able to use a program such as magic jellybean key finder to get this information.

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

What you will need is the original OEM product key that is embedded into the UEFI firmware of the motherboard -- and last time I checked, Magical Jellybean only reads keys from the registry.

To retrieve the key, download and run this utility:  Download Windows OEM Product Key Tool - MajorGeeks

Good Luck
