I have followed this document many times and has not worked. What should I do?

Hello, @maurakucera

To isolate the issue further, I'd like to know the following details:

1) What is the error message that you are getting while trying to pair? Are you getting the pair pop-up on your PC screen once you initiate the pairing from the iOS device?

2) Try and use a different device to pair. Install the HP orbit app in a different iOS or Android device and then try to pair and check. This will help us isolate the issue further.

Also, try disabling the firewall on your PC.

  • If the problem still persists, a third-party software firewall application installed on your computer might be blocking Orbit from communicating between your devices. The process for configuring software firewalls varies from product to product.

Search the help information provided with your software firewall application for instructions to create a firewall exception rule.

  • Create a firewall exception to allow incoming TCP traffic on ports 9955 and 13148.

Let me know how that goes!

Good luck 🙂
