Password incorrect

HP 250 G5 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Please help me

 

My new notebook I've ever used, please, I blocked the notebook. I can not get into windows because I created a user name and says that my password is incorrect

Password incorrect

Does this solution assume I installed the software on the computer, because I did not. I only ever accessed the URL for the EWS. I am trying to reset that login/pw.
