Pavilion 13 x360 Fan not working correctly

Paviilion 13-A110DX X360

My son's says his cooling fan is not working properly. THe computer heats up and shuts off every 30 mins or so.  I want this professionally cleaned or fixed.  Does anyone know how much it would cost HP to do?

Thank you.
