Pavilion x360 plugged in, not charging

HP Pavilion x360 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

My laptop doesnt seem to be charging at all even when it is plugged in. The message that I have looked in the power icon says "Plugged in, not charging".

I need help to solve this. I bought the laptop in the webstore of HP 8 months ago, so the laptop still have warranty..

By the way, the Product Number is M1W93UA#ABA.

Thanks in advance,

Alonso.

Pavilion x360 plugged in, not charging

I have read the entire document suggested " HP Notebook PCs - Battery Does Not Power Notebook or Hold a Charge" and i have to say that it was a waste of time.. mainly because my notebook does not have a removable battery.

My laptop is a 2-in-1, a pavilion x360...

Well, I used  UEFI to test my laptop battery.

The results obtained are as follows:

Test name: HPAdvSysDiag_Battery

Failure-ID: U0DAKL-7LT83P-GXGJMG-C0B803

Product Number: M1W93UA

Serial Number:8CG529°°°°

I hope this helps you to understand my problem.

Thanks in advance for your support,

Alonso.
