Pavilion x360 u004tu Hangs Issue

Pavilion 13 x360 u004tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi ,

I Bought New HP Pavilion 13 x360 u004tu laptop. After 30 mintues of usage ,I physical converted my laptop into tablet, when it prompt for tablet mode  I give NO. now in start menu I'm trying to drag a App from most used app column to Some groups(Ex: life at a glance group).

While dragging like above mentioned, laptop hangs. Thereafter complete system not responding. No keyboard/touch input are working. Even  Alt +Ctrl + Delete not working. Only way is to power off the PC by long pressing the power button and then starting again.

This hang issue happens  frquently. This issue lead to do hard reset often ,which is not good for laptop.

And also  i feel laptop is littel lag in speed.

Please give a solution for this problems.

Thanks with Regards ,

Surendran T
