I understand you are having an issue with the current password on your HP Mini computer. I'll be really glad to help you with this,

 

To help you better, could you let me know if this is regarding Windows Logon password or Bios power on password?

 

If it's related to Bios password, I would suggest you contact our HP phone support for a hardware service as the motherboard may require a tattoo/Bios Flash.

 

Any other way of unlocking the Bios is not authorized by HP.
