Plugged in not charging

13-a010dx (Pavilion)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop flashing white LED, Battery plugged in but not charging... in the past I have updated the bios and that fixed the issue but I have searched and cannot find any update. [content removed]

I find it entirely frustrating to continuously run into this problem. when I do buy a new laptop you bet it will not be HP or any other brand associated with you!

 

Sorry for the rant.

 

anyone please help.
