Problem with TX2-1020US Windows 7 Video driver

I installed Windows 7 and then installed the Screen Drivers AMD AHCI sp45505.exe and ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics Video sp45354.exe.  When I hook up a 24" Acer monitor, the top resolution goes to 1024 x 768, not 1200 x 800, which the monitor would easily handle.  Also, I loose touch screen capability on my laptop.  This is the same if I connect my LCD to either the xB4 docking station or directly.  Has anyone else had this problem?

When I disconnect the external LCD, the screen resolution on the monitor comes back to 1200 x 800.
