HP ProBook 4530s
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wanted to make a dual-boot with Linux and Windows, so I downloaded Partition Wizard and wiped/merged a couple partitions that I hadn't used since my previous Linux install, then tried to merge them with my C: partition, where Windows is on. Partition Wizard said that it had to restart the computer because C: is in use, I pressed okay, it successfully did its thing.

When my computer restarted again, it was stuck on the HP screen with "press esc for startup menu" in the bottom right. Pressing ESC only made the text in the bottom left get a white background. None of the F keys do anything. The Caps Lock button is blinking sometimes, it blinks 5 times and then pauses.

I tried taking the battery out, holding the power button blah blah blah thing, still same thing happens. Tried powering it on while holding Windows key + B to see if the problem could be solved by doing a BIOS update, that just makes the screen go blank and the fan starts going like crazy. Tried making a BIOS update USB key on my other computer that has Ubuntu on it and I don't know whether the problem is in the fact that I tried making it using Wine or if my main computer just doesn't recognize the files, but it still only showed a black screen when I did the Windows+B power-on thing.
