Sorry, but you're operating under a misunderstanding.

 

A PC does NOT have a Mac address.

 

The Mac address is a unique code that is assigned to a networking chipset by the manufacturer.  It is NOT assigned to the PC.

 

If your laptop had wired networking, that would be one Mac address.

 

If it also had WiFi, that would be a second Mac address.

 

Regardless, HP does not keep a record of the Mac address(es) assigned to the networking chipsets present in each PC is sells.

 

And even if it did, if you're asking for this to trace a lost or stolen laptop, you're wasting your time as it is a relatively easy process to "fake" a Mac address, which would prevent you from ever locating it.
