Hard drive has failed.

Have you backed up the data from it?

You've to replace hard drive with a new one of similar form factor

Use recovery media to factory reset after replacement of HDD

Or you can go for clean install of Windows 10 Home 64 bit by creating UEFI bootable Windows installation USB using Microsoft windows media creation tool
