Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

May I know the operating system installed on your computer?

May I know the exact product number of your computer? Click here. Please do not share the serial number of your computer.

 

Recommend you install and run HP Support Assistant to automatically update the drivers on your computer. Click here to know more. 

You can also visit www.hp.com/drivers and enter the product number of your computer to find the drivers available for your computer. 

Radeon drivers can also be downloaded and installed on your computer from Radeon website directly.
