I too, have had problems since day one with the hp15-1233wm and/or Windows 10. It freezes, is slow to load, won't print, and right now I can't even get it to open from the wall paper page # 1, so I had to borrow this computer that I have never heard of the name to send this post. I have spent 1/2 the cost already to have someone check it out and/or repair it. I didn't help at all. I know this computer was cheap, but it's not used for movies, streaming or anything other than basic internet browsing. I have read so many complaints just like mine that I think hp would want to know that this is such an inferior product. I would spend much more for a computer that would work. I thought that because I will only be using it for basic operations at home, this would meet my needs. Does anyone know who I should send my complaint to at HP?
