I too, have had problems since day one with the hp15-1233wm and/or Windows 10.  It freezes, is slow to load, won't print, and right now I can't even get it to open from the wall paper page # 1, so I had to borrow this computer that I have never heard of the name to send this post.  I have spent 1/2 the cost already to have someone check it out and/or repair it.  I didn't help at all.  I know this computer was cheap, but it's not used for movies, streaming or anything other than basic internet browsing.  I have read so many complaints just like mine that I think hp would want to know that this is such an inferior product.  I would spend much more for a computer that would work.  I thought that because I will only be using it for basic operations at home, this would meet my needs.  Does anyone know who I should send my complaint to at HP?

Might I ask why you did not come here to the forum or take advantange of the free factory warranty repair services?

What you have described is what we are here for and in the event of a hardware issue, the warranty covers.

 

Is your notebook still in warranty?
