ReadyBoost HElP

Stream 13 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My usb is ready boost compatible, however, when I go to properties and click the ReadyBoost tab it wont let me use it.

It says the computer has is fast enought when it actually is very slow. I also think it should let me decided take that decision.

Is there a way to change the computers default memory? Like save everyting directly to a USB instead of the computers memory.
