To better help you we would need the exact model number or product number of your laptop/desktop???

Hi! Thanks for the quick reply! I can provide all the details you need! Just wanted to make sure I'd get a reply before I went into a bunch of details! Typically, I can fix most issues myself but, I've tried everything I can think of & it's just not reading it!
Maybe you can think of something I haven't tried! :)
HP Pavilion g6 Series
Product/Model # LW350UA#ABA
Serial # (removed content)
OS: Windows 10
*The Card Reader IS recognized
in the Device Manager
*There are NO error messages
*I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling
the Card Reader
*I tried the most current driver
provided by Realtek support
*I made sure all Windows updates
*I tried Windows 10 Troubleshoot feature
When I insert a card into the reader, the light flashes as if it's reading it but, it doesn't appear in the File Explorer!
In case you're wondering, YES, I did try SEVERAL different cards in the reader!
I think that's everything I've tried?
Thanks again for trying to help me! I'm looking forward to getting it working again so, I can quit driving myself crazy! LOL
