i  have problem  for connected to internet,driver Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller not working or PCI  hardware

I have problem my HP pro 3300: Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller "Unidentified Network" No Internet Access, No Packets Received, Few Sent.my cable wired in DELL pc work fine,in HP pc not work, I check another cable and router in my friend and HP pc work fine,any help please.
