Recovery problem

I was having some problem in recovery as per tha advise of hp support i have ordered recovery DVDs but wen i try to make a recovery using tha DVD first three DVDs workes fine but when i insert tha saplimentry DVD almost 75persent gos well but but almost after 75 persent it takes a reboot and tha when it terns on it dosent boot it showes error saying a required device cannot be found error 0xc0000225 who to solve this

The only suggestions I can offer are these...

1. Try the recovery disks without the supplementary DVD.   You should be asked if you have a supplementary DVD and answer no or skip.

If that doesn't work, make your own W10 installation media by using the Media Creation tool at the link below.

It should work with the W10 product key in your notebook's BIOS.

Then go to the support page for your model and install the W10 drivers and available software.
