Hello, 

  I managed to do what I said I wouldn't. I'm having an issue with boot, recovery, start up services. So when I was of going to take a look. The PW was completely wrong. Really need a solution.

When asked for the password, just hit enter 3 times.

For that model and ( i ) code you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to generate your master password from the System Disabled Code

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

 

If you are able to bypass the password and try to boot let me know if your Hard Drive Crashed???
