Product: hp pavilion

I mistakenly reset my computer to factory settings last nite following  a virus download and lost EVERYTHING. I have a desktop icon that reads Removed Apps. Should I click on that? If not, how do I find the backup folder?

If you reset your notebook, you will have to reinstall the applications.

 

There is no backup folder created by default.

 

Click on the Removed App icon to see which apps you will need to reinstall.
