Product: Pavilion x2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Trying to reset the device and it freezes at 62%. Now it wont start windows. Tryed escape and F11 same thing happens.

What is the full model name, exact product number of your laptop?

Have you created HP Recovery USB using HP Recovery Manager after first setup of this notebook?
