SCREEN CRACKED Envy m6

HP Recommended

I've had this computer less than 3 months, since im not in school right now it doesn't get a ton of use. This computer has literally had the most gentle life of any computer i've ever owned, it hasn't left the house since I brought it home, just sits on my table.

So i'm online a couple days ago, get up to answer the phone, and when i come back theres a big black line, looks like it's cracked. **bleep**?!

I've never been so disappointed in a product in my entire life, and now hp is telling me theres nothing they can do?!

This isn't MY accident it's THEIR accident for producing such crappy material.

Never buying another hp product ever again.

@saintsfanfl

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.

I work on behalf of HP.
