SSD upgrade on my HP ProBook 4530s

I have one question.

 

I have laptop HP ProBook 4530s and I want to upgrade it's hardware. So my question is:

 

Are one of this two SSD disks compatible with my HP ProBook 4530s:

1. SSD SATA3 480GB Sandisk Ultra II 550/500MB/s, SDSSDHII-480G-G25

2. SSD SATA3 Sandisk 480GB Standard Plus 535Mbs/445Mbs, SDSSDA-480G-G26

?
